In 2021, the Domaine expanded by just over a hectare, including 30 ares in the Bourgogne Aligoté appellation planted with the eponymous grape variety.
Aromatic and fresh, the resulting wine has aromas of yellow fruit and citrus. Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with grilled fish or a seafood platter.

Consumption range : 1 to 4 years after harvest.
Serving temperature : 11 °C
Winemaking : Harvest picked and sorted entirely by hand. Slow pressing, followed by 36 to 48 hours of cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 100% in stainless steel vats for 10 months.
